01:55 AM EDT, 07/14/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Mm2 Asia (SGX:1B0) said it took a number of steps and the company's board is of the opinion that there are no more concerns on the group's ability to operate as a going concern basis.
The entertainment group was responding to the report by independent auditor, Messrs Nexia TS Public Accounting, in which the auditor sketched a rosy picture for Mm2 Asia despite posting loss in the 12 months ended March 31, according to a late Wednesday filing.
Mm2 Asia said it is working on a strategy to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, while it has made significant progress to strengthen financial position.
