The annual dividend of listed banks in 2021 is on the way. According to the China Securities News, China Construction Bank Corporation, Bank of Shanghai and Youth Agricultural Commercial Bank will implement equity registration on July 7, and five banks will implement equity registration next week and pay dividends the day after equity registration. Data show that among the 42 listed banks with A shares, 40 banks have plans for annual dividends in 2021, with a total dividend scale of nearly 550 billion yuan. In terms of dividend yield, 19 banks had a dividend yield of more than 5% at the closing price on July 6, exceeding the annualized yield of money funds and most bank wealth management products.
