05:17 AM EDT, 06/20/2022 (MT Newswires) -- The Wuxi Intermediate People's Court dismissed an appeal filed by Oue Lippo Healthcare (SGX:5WA) unit Wuxi Yilin Real Estate Development against an earlier court ruling against it.
Wuxi Yilin Real Estate was ordered by a Chinese court in December last year to pay a sum of 1.5 million yuan ($224,232) plus interest and costs to Wuxi Hongshen Pharmacy related to a creditor subrogation claim.
