Oue Lippo Healthcare Receives Final Payment from Crest Entities Under Settlement Agreement根据和解协议，OUE Lippo Healthcare收到佳洁士实体的最终付款
11:21 PM EDT, 06/15/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Oue Lippo Healthcare (SGX:5WA) received the final payment of SG$200,000 ($144,110) from funds owned by Crest Capital Asia.
Crest entities were ordered by the Singapore High Court in June last year to pay Oue Lippo Healthcare a total of SG$12.6 million in respect of a suit, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.
The parties later in December entered into a settlement agreement, pursuant to which, Crest entities agreed to pay SG$800,000 to Oue Lippo Healthcare in installments.
Following the payment of the final installment, there are no other pending or outstanding claims between the company and Crest entities, the filing added.
