The amount of compensation for the current period is 1.705 billion yuan. The number of compensable shares in the current period shall be 51.3563 million shares. After consultation by all parties, and with reference to the way of performance compensation in 2019, it is determined that the compensation liability of Wanda Film and Television's performance commitment in 2019 will be borne by Wanda Investment, that is, Wanda Investment compensation shares of 51.3563 million shares.
