05:14 AM EDT, 05/26/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Grand Banks Yachts (SGX:G50) logged a net profit of SG$800,000 in the fiscal third quarter ended March 31, reversing the net loss of SG$700,000 the company booked in the fiscal first half of the year.
The company said despite facing several COVID-19-related operational halts at its Malaysian yard for almost three months, it managed to book a profit in the most recent quarter, according to a Wednesday filing.
The manufacturer of luxury motor yachts said it received seven orders in the January-March period, taking its order book to a "record high" of SG$166.8 million ($121.3 million).
