Company confirms audit procedures and Annual Filings completed on May 9, 2022, and anticipates CTO to be revoked with trading of its common shares to resume in the coming days

TORONTO, May 09, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Entourage Health Corp. (formerly WeedMD Inc.) (TSX-V:ENTG) (OTCQX:ETRGF) (FSE:4WE) ("Entourage" or the "Company"), a Canadian producer and distributor of award-winning cannabis products, announced today that the Ontario Securities Commission (the "OSC") has issued a Cease Trade Order (the "CTO") as a result of the Company not filing its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2021 and the related management's discussion and analysis and CEO and CFO certifications (collectively, the "Annual Filings") by May 2, 2022, being the date that such filings were due under applicable Canadian securities laws.

The cause of the delay was not material to the Company or its operations and was due primarily to the Company's new external auditor needing additional time to complete the required procedures. The Company has completed the filing of the Annual Filings and anticipates that the CTO will be revoked and trading of the Company's common shares will resume in the coming days.
