CHINA COMM CONS Inks Asset Reorganization Intent, Plans Spin-off Listing of Subsidiaries
CHINA COMM CONS (01800.HK) announced that it had entered into an Agreement of Intent on Significant Asset Reorganization and is planning to spin off and list its subsidiaries, CCCC Highway Institute, CCCC First Highway Institute and CCCC Second Highway Institute by way of a reorganization with QLS (600720.SH), which is a subsidiary of CNBM (03323.HK).
