10:33 PM EDT, 04/24/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Singapore Press (SGX:T39) plans to redeem SG$150 million ($109.2 million) worth of 4.50% subordinated perpetual securities on June 7.
The securities were issued by the company under its SG$1 billion multi-currency debt issuance program, according to a Monday filing.
The company's shares stopped trading on the Singapore Exchange on April 8.
