As of December 31, 2021, Huafa Property Services provided property management services and value-added services to 267 properties, with a total fee-paying floor area of about 20.30 million square meters. Furthermore, the total construction area of property management contracts was about 38.6 million square meters, an increase of 40% over the previous year.

Total revenue was approximately HK$1,548 million, an increase of approximately 42% over the same period in 2020; gross profit was approximately HK$419 million, an increase of approximately 38% over the previous year, of which the gross profit contribution of property management services was 97%.
