01:21 AM EDT, 03/29/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Oue Lippo Healthcare's (SGX:5WA) associated company Le Kang Assets (Shenzhen) has secured a 330 million yuan ($51.8 million) loan from the Bank of China (SHA:601988, HKG:3988).
Le Kang Assets will use the loan for the construction and renovation of the Prince Bay Hospital, an international hospital in Prince Bay, Shekou, Shenzhen, China, according to a Monday release.
The loan has a tenure of 15 years and is effective from Monday, March 28.
Prince Bay Hospital is expected to be commissioned in 2024.
Oue Lippo Healthcare's shares were down nearly 3% in recent trade.
