According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Ace Eight Acquisition Corporation submitted a listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Private Bank Capital as the exclusive sponsor.

The company is a special purpose acquisition company, established for the purpose of conducting special purpose acquisition transactions with one or more special purpose acquisition targets. The company intends to focus on Asian companies operating in the biotechnology and TMT industries, with a focus on China, but does not rule out the possibility of seeking acquisitions or business merger opportunities in any other business sector, division or geographical location.
