Belgravia Hartford Provides Update on Share Buy-Back
Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - February 3, 2022) - BELGRAVIA HARTFORD CAPITAL INC. (CSE: BLGV) ("Belgravia Hartford", "Belgravia" or the "Company") is pleased to announce during the month ended January 31, 2022, Belgravia Hartford purchased through its normal course issuer bid ("NCIB") for cancellation, a total of 141,439 common shares ("Common Shares") at an average price of $0.15 per share. As of January 31, 2021, the Company has purchased for cancellation a total of 2,008,963 Common Shares representing approximately 5% of issued and outstanding Common Shares pursuant to the NCIB.

Deena Siblock, Chief Operating Officer, stated, "Belgravia was able to repurchase the full number of shares it is permitted to buy under the NCIB. Accordingly, the NCIB commitment was actualized early and expired effective January 31, 2022."
