智通财经APP讯，庄士中国(00298)发布公告，于2022年1月26日，厦门合营公司(公司间接非全资附属公司)(业主)与佲家鹭江酒店(租户)就租赁四幢别墅(租期为10年)进一步订立四幢别墅协议。
据悉，第1至3年租金为每月人民币12.8万元，第4至6年租金为每月人民币13.44万元，第7至9年租金为每月人民币14.11万元，而第10年租金为每月人民币14.82万元，须每个月预缴。4幢别墅共约1386.5平方米，拟作为度假村。
