01:20 AM EST, 12/29/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Singapore Press (SGX:T39) has placed four of its inactive Luxembourg-incorporated indirect subsidiaries under voluntary liquidation.
The subsidiaries are Hampton Square Living, Privilege Leeds, Privilege Sheffield and Privilege Southampton, according to a Tuesday bourse disclosure
The property and media group has appointed Liquidation Advisory Services as the liquidator of the subsidiaries.
