FAW Jiefang J7 vehicle Intelligent Factory was officially completed and put into production in Changchun. Jing Junhai, secretary of the Jilin Provincial CPC Committee, attended the event and announced that the factory had been completed and put into production. According to reports, the J7 vehicle intelligent factory is committed to building an intelligent production base for high-end commercial vehicles that is "the first in China and the first in the world". It is designed to produce 50, 000 vehicles a year, adopts world-class manufacturing equipment and intelligent control technology, and is the first automatic intelligent accompanying tire assembly in the world. Four technologies such as three-dimensional intelligent marshalling and sorting of frame, intelligent laser engraving of functional holes and intelligent online calibration of vehicle ECAS have been applied in the domestic commercial vehicle industry for the first time. Eight manufacturing technologies, such as fully intelligent vehicle online inspection and omni-directional energy intelligent management and control, are in the absolute leading level of the commercial vehicle industry.
