(the "Company" or "Mexican Gold") (TSXV: MEX, OTCQB: MEXGF) announces that it has granted stock options to acquire an aggregate of 2,000,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of $0.055 (the "Options") in accordance with its 10% rolling stock option plan.

The Options, fully vested and exercisable for a five-year term expiring November 18, 2026, were granted to a director and officer of the Company.
