Auckland Airport Downgraded After Recent Share Price Strength -- Market Talk
2119 GMT - Auckland International Airport remains well positioned to return to growth as Covid-19 restrictions are lifted, but recent share price strength means further upside is limited, says Jefferies, which downgrades to hold from buy. Auckland Airport shares are up nearly 13% since the start of September. "The current market cap of Auckland Airport is 2.3% above its all-time high on 8 August 2019, while the enterprise value is below by 4.0%," Jefferies says. "Passengers are expected to recover, however the uneven path to full recovery is still a few years away." Jefferies has a NZ$8.31 price target versus the last closing price of NZ$8.15.
