CALGARY, AB / ACCESSWIRE / November 17, 2021 / Jade Leader Corp. ("Jade Leader") (TSX.V:JADE) is pleased to announce that it has closed a financing with one of its current long term investors for 3,214,285 Units ("Units") at a price of $0.07 per Unit and gross proceeds of $224,999.95.

Each Unit consisted of one common share and a half common share purchase warrant. Each full common share purchase warrant ("Warrant") entitles the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.14 per share for a period of two years following closing or November 17, 2023. The Units were offered to an accredited investor and all securities issued under the offering are subject to a hold period of four months plus one day or March 18, 2022. No finder fees were paid in connection with the financing.
