Sabadell to Issue Securities for EUR750 Mln

Banco de Sabadell SA said late Monday that it has agreed to issue perpetual preferred securities in an aggregate principal amount of 750 million euros ($869.1 million).
薩巴德爾銀行(Banco De Sabadell SA)週一晚間表示，已同意發行本金總額7.5億歐元(合8.691億美元)的永久優先證券。
The Spanish bank said the securities are convertible to newly issued ordinary shares if the common equity Tier 1 ratio falls below 5.125%, and that their remuneration is set to 5% a year.
這家西班牙銀行説，如果普通股一級資本充足率降至5.125%以下，這些證券就可以轉換為新發行的普通股，其薪酬設定為每年5%。
The reference period for the remuneration starts on and includes the issue date and ends on and excludes Nov 19., 2027.
