According to the upper limit of the total repurchase funds and the upper limit of the repurchase price, the estimated number of repurchases is about 83.5655 million shares, accounting for 0.42% of the company's current total share capital; according to the lower limit of the total amount of repurchase funds and the upper limit of the repurchase price, the estimated number of shares that can be repurchased is 55.7103 million shares, accounting for 0.28% of the company's current total share capital.

The repurchase period shall not exceed 12 months from the date when the company's board of directors deliberates and approves the share repurchase plan.
