Huafa Property Services completed the company name change on March 16, 2021, and also achieved impressive results in the first half of 2021: as of the end of June 2021, the charging area of Huafa Property Services was 16.8 million square meters, an increase of 19.1% over the previous year; the contract area was 33.7 million square meters, an increase of 26.2% over the previous year, and the contract area/fee area ratio doubled.

In the first half of 2021, Huafa Property Services achieved operating income of 666 million yuan (HK$, same below), an increase of 37.9% over the previous year; gross profit of 197 million yuan, an increase of 32.5% over the previous year; and net profit of 84 million yuan, a sharp increase of 2781.5% over the previous year.
