AAC TECH: DATE OF BOARD MEETING

AAC TECH Holdings Limited announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025, to review the audited annual performance of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ending December 31, 2024, while also considering the proposal for the payment of a final dividend. The meeting will be attended by Board members Mr. Pan Zhengmin, Mr. Mo Zhuquan, Ms. Wu Chunyan, as well as independent non-executive directors Mr. Zhang Hongjiang, Mr. Guo Lingguang, and Mr. Peng Zhiyuan.
