He will continue leading all HR functions across Dollar Tree and Family Dollar banners, bringing nearly 20 years of HR experience.Jocelyn "Jocy" Konrad has been appointed Chief of Dollar Tree Stores and Enterprise Store Operations, overseeing all Dollar Tree stores and enterprise operations. Jason Nordin has been named President of Family Dollar Stores to lead the banner's strategic alternatives review. Both Konrad and Nordin joined the organization in September 2023.The appointments aim to strengthen Dollar Tree's organizational structure and drive future growth. Konrad brings over 30 years of operational experience from her previous role as Executive VP at Rite Aid, while Nordin offers more than 20 years of business development expertise, having served as COO of Pilot Company. The company operates more than 16,300 stores across North America under the Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, and Dollar Tree Canada brands.
