On the same day, Northsen Cloud Computing's Peking branch also subscribed to wealth management products from Xiamen International Bank, with an amount of RMB 100 million. In addition, Northsen Cloud Computing's previously subscribed wealth management products on May 17, 2024, and September 4, 2024, were RMB 40 million and RMB 80 million respectively, and have not been paid to date. According to listing rules, the subscription matters of Bank of China and Xiamen International Bank must be disclosed, but exempted from shareholder approval. The board of directors believes that the returns provided by these subscriptions are higher than regular commercial bank time deposits, and the funds come from surplus cash reserves, not affecting operational funds, helping to increase idle fund income, in line with the overall interests of the company and shareholders.
