Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust (Yuexiu REIT) announced that it will distribute interim dividends to fund unitholders on October 25, 2024, with a distribution of HKD 0.0398 per unit. This distribution is based on the performance from January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024, and will be paid to fund unitholders registered on September 12, 2024. Previously, in the interim performance announcement released by Yuexiu REIT on August 15, 2024, the originally planned distribution per unit was HKD 0.0405. However, due to the issuance of 75 million new fund units to Guangzhou Yuexiu International Investment Co., Ltd. to pay for management fees, the distribution was diluted. The remaining management fees will be paid through the issuance of new fund units. The manager of Yuexiu REIT has adopted the average exchange rate of the People's Bank of China to calculate the distribution amount.
