The central bank: In the first two months, the increase in RMB deposits was 8.74 trillion yuan.

The central bank is publicly seeking opinions on the "Regulations on Cash Receipt and Payment Services in Renminbi (Draft for Comments)". It is clearly stated that when cash payments are supported for in-person transactions, it should facilitate cash payments, while maintaining a reasonable supply of change. The use of unattended self-service models with machines and equipment, as well as the implementation of a "One Card Pass" settlement for unified management in parks, factories, scenic areas, and schools, is also specified. Business operators should clearly identify payment methods, cash reception and conversion methods, and service contact numbers in prominent locations.
