NaaS Technology announced on August 26, 2024, the amendment of its Third Amended and Restated New 2022 Share Incentive Plan, increasing the maximum number of Class A ordinary shares available for awards from 644.7 million to 779.4 million shares.The plan will see further annual increases starting January 1, 2025, with an automatic 1% increase based on the total shares outstanding at the end of the preceding fiscal year, unless otherwise determined by the board. The amendment, approved by the board of directors, maintains all other substantive terms of the original plan unchanged.
