The departure is not due to any disagreement with the company or management.As part of the separation agreement, Ellis will receive a severance package including a $600,000 cash payment equal to 12 months of base salary, vesting of 340,442 restricted stock awards, and performance-based restricted stock awards subject to achievement of performance goals.
