Dixton, with extensive experience in technology and manufacturing sectors from Activision Blizzard and Boeing, will oversee GM's global legal, compliance, corporate governance, privacy, and public policy functions.Current Chief Legal Officer Craig Glidden will transition to focus on Cruise, GM's autonomous vehicle subsidiary, where he will continue as President and Chief Administrative Officer. In his new role, Glidden will support incoming Cruise CEO Marc Whitten while also serving as Executive Vice President and Strategic Advisor at GM through December 31, 2024.During his tenure since 2015, Glidden has led GM's legal and policy transformation, successfully managing ignition switch recall litigation and developing a bipartisan policy team.
