Professor Huang has extensive experience in the financial industry, having held key positions in several major financial institutions and played important roles in academic and regulatory institutions. On the same day, Mr. Chan Ying Lung, the Chief Investment Officer, was also appointed as an executive director. Mr. Chan has over 20 years of professional experience in investment and research, and held key positions in Hang Lung Properties Limited's subsidiary Hang Lung (China) Investments Limited prior to joining HK & China Gas.
