China Coal Energy held the 5th Board of Directors and Supervisors Meeting on June 12, 2024. During the meeting, the proposal to distribute special dividends to all shareholders was passed, with a total cash dividend of 1.5 billion RMB to be distributed, at 0.113 RMB per share (including tax). In addition, the proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to formulate and implement the mid-year dividend distribution plan for 2024 was also passed, with plans to distribute no less than 30% of the net profit in the first half of 2024. These proposals will be submitted to the annual shareholders meeting for 2023 for review. The meeting procedures and attendance complied with relevant laws and regulations and company bylaws.
