The SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, previously known as SPDR Trust, Series 1, has issued a Supplemental Prospectus dated May 29, 2024, which has been filed with the Monetary Authority of Singapore. This document serves as an addition to the original prospectus registered on January 29, 2024. The Supplemental Prospectus includes an amendment effective May 28, 2024, which revises the distribution process for dividends and other cash distributions to beneficial owners. The updated process, detailed on pages 10 to 11 and 74 to 76 of the U.S. Prospectus, will apply to holders of Units in Singapore through CDP, with the ex-dividend date set one trading day prior to the Record Date in the U.S. Additionally, cash dividends for Singapore investors will be net of CDP-incurred expenses, and if such expenses are equal to or exceed the dividend amount, no dividend will be paid out.
