Ms. Chow currently serves as Deputy Secretary of the Corporate Party Committee, while Mr. Gu has held various finance and management positions. The qualifications of the two new supervisors are pending regulatory approval and, without a service contract with the company, will receive remuneration under the company's remuneration system and will not receive supervisory remuneration. The term of office shall run for consecutive terms from the date of approval by the regulatory authority until the end of the 10th Supervisory Board.
