First, Ms. Li Xiaoyan was unanimously agreed to be appointed CFO of the company until her third term on the Board of Directors ends. Second, the Board of Directors agreed to merge the original Capital Operations Division into the Strategic Development Department to optimize the corporate headquarter setup. FINALLY, THE MEETING PASSED A MOTION TO AMEND THE CORPORATE REGULATION SYSTEM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. All motions were approved by a full vote of the directors present. Ms. Li Xiaoyan has extensive financial management experience and held several financial positions at China Foreign Transport and China Commerce Bureau Highway Network Technology Holding Co., Ltd., from 2008 to 2022.
