The meeting will discuss and decide on changes in the timing of the General Meeting and authorizing Xiamen Airlines Limited to provide guarantee amounts to its subsidiaries. The guarantee covers Hebei Airlines, SPV companies, terminal leasing, terminal finance, Jiangxi Airlines and Shangzhou logistics, totaling not more than RMB 98.6 billion or foreign currency equivalent. The relevant documents of the Annual General Meeting were sent on 9 April 2024 and can be viewed on the Company's website and on the website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited. The Board of Directors has declared responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the contents of the Circular and will submit additional motions at the General Meeting for consideration by shareholders.
