Oriental Overseas International Limited issued a notice to shareholders on 25 April 2024 to publish the 2023 Annual Report, Circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form (collectively, the “Company's Newsletter”), and the 2023 Sustainability Report. Both Chinese and English versions of these documents are available on the Company's website and on the United Stock Exchange Limited website. New shareholders or existing shareholders who choose to receive the company's communications in printed form will receive a printed copy. The Company also provides an option for shareholders to change the way or language version of the Company's communications are received. The 2023 Sustainability Report will be published electronically only, but shareholders may request a printed copy by mail. The Company's Share Registry will handle the collection of personal data and requests for access and changes to shareholders' communications.
