Daitang New Energy will hold its first Extraordinary General Meeting of 2024 on 9 May 2024 in Beijing. The main agenda is to review and approve transactions under the Capital Addition Agreement. The registration of shareholders will be suspended from 3 May to 9 May and the transfer documents must be submitted no later than 2 May. Shareholders may appoint agents to attend and vote. The relevant nomination form must be delivered to the designated location 24 hours prior to the meeting. The Extraordinary General Meeting is expected to last no more than half a day, and the attendance of shareholders will be at their own expense for transportation and accommodation.
