Camber Energy, Inc., a company listed on the NYSE American under the trading symbol CEI, has officially terminated a Material Definitive Agreement with RESC Renewables Holdings, LLC. The agreement in question was a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement (MIPA) for the acquisition of all membership interests of New Rise Renewables, LLC, which was initially reported in a Form 8-K filed on January 23, 2023. The termination of the MIPA was mutually agreed upon by both parties and became effective on March 13, 2024. This termination is subject to certain confidentiality obligations that will continue to persist.
