Pan Pacific International announced on 2 February 2024 a change in the personnel of its Board of Directors. The resignation of Non-Executive Director Mr. Wang Tien due to other employment arrangements is not in disagreement with the Board's views or any matters that need to be disclosed specifically to shareholders and to the Exchange. On the same day, Mr. Wei Ran was appointed as the new Non-Executive Director. Mr. Wei has extensive experience in cross-border e-commerce, international logistics and payment solutions, having worked at PayPal China and Alibaba International. Mr. Wei's appointment is for three years and can be automatically extended for one year, during which no remuneration will be charged. The Board of Directors thanked Mr. Wang for his contribution and welcomed Mr. Wei's participation.
