American Retail Holdings Limited announced that with effect from January 1, 2024, the members of the Board of Directors and their duties on the various committees will be adjusted. The Executive Directors include Zou Xiaochun and Song Lin Lin, instead of the Executive Directors are Zhang Taichung (Chairman) and Dong Xiaohung. The independent non-executive directors include Wang Gao, Lei Wai Ming and Liu Yin-hong. In terms of committee duties, Zhang Taichung will serve as a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee, and Chou Xiaochun and Song Lin will be members of the remuneration committee. Dong Xiaohong will serve separately as a member of the Audit Committee. Wang Gao, Lei Wei-ming and Liu Yin-hong will serve as chairmen or members of several committees.
