Glonghui December 10 | Jingxin Communications (02342.HK) announced that on December 8, 2020, one of the company's subsidiaries, Jingxin Communication Systems (China) Co., Ltd. Comba Telecom Systems (China) Limited (the “subsidiary”), obtained permission from the Market Supervision Administration of Huangpu District, Guangzhou, China to Comba Network Systems Company Limited.

According to reports, the subsidiary company is mainly engaged in manufacturing and selling wireless network system equipment and providing related engineering services. It currently focuses on R&D, production and sales of network system products, including macro base stations, small base stations, related extension and deep coverage solutions and OpenRAN products, as well as providing network solutions for 5G vertical industries. The Board believes that changing the name of the subsidiary will suit its future development and is in the overall long-term interests of the company and its shareholders.
