Gelonghui May 21st 丨Electric Link Technology (300679.SZ) announced that recently, the company received a “Notice on the Progress of Implementation of the Share Reduction Plan” issued by shareholder Ren Junjiang. As of May 20, 2020, the time period of the share reduction plan disclosed by Ren Junjiang in connection with the pre-disclosure announcement to reduce holdings of shares mentioned above has expired. A total of 2,042 million shares has been reduced, accounting for 0.73% of the company's total share capital, accounting for 0.74% of the total share capital after deducting the number of shares repurchased from special accounts.
