Inta Bina To Acquire Land From QL Resources For RM23 Million
Inta Bina Group Berhad has entered into a sale and purchase agreement through its wholly owned subsidiary with QL Agrifoods Sdn Bhd a subsidiary of QL Resources for the purchase of a vacant freehold land located in Mukim Damansara, Bukit Jelutong measuring approximately 11,026 square meters for a total cash consideration of RM23 million.
Inta Bina Group Berhad已通過其全資子公司與QL Resources的子公司QL Agrifoods Sdn Bhd簽訂了一項銷售和購買協議，購買了位於Mukim Damansara，Bukit Jelutong的一塊麪積約爲11,026平方米的空置永久地塊，總現金價值爲2300萬令吉。
