Crescendo Disposes Land For RM120 Million For Data Centre Project
Crescendo Corporation Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, PID, entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement with Data Cloud Innovation Sdn Bhd for the disposal of all those five plots of freehold vacant land for a total cash consideration of RM120 million.

The disposal of the land is for the purchaser to build a data centre in the vacant lot. All those five plots of land form part of the master development known as "Nusa Cemerlang Industrial Park", Johor, a light and medium industrial park currently developed by PID.
這些土地的處置是爲了讓買方在空地上建設數據中心。這五塊土地是位於柔佛的"Nusa Cemerlang工業園"的主開發項目的一部分,這是由PID當前開發的輕型和中型工業園。
Crescendo acquired the land between 2005 to 2008 with the original cost of investment of approximately RM19.15 million. The group believes it is timely to dispose as to unlock the value of the land at a reasonable price after taking into consideration the marketability and prospects of the Land and the challenges in negotiating terms and securing buyer with strong credentials and financial capability to complete the sale of such sizeable land expeditiously.
