On November 25, 2024, the Company announced that, during the period between November 18, 2024 and November 24, 2024, the Company acquired approximately 55,500 bitcoins for approximately $5.4 billion in cash, at an average price of approximately $97,862 per bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses.
