Neogen's operations organization will transition to report to David H. Naemura, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Jones will work closely with Mr. Naemura on this transition. Mr. Jones also will continue to lead the commercial organization until the Chief Commercial Officer role is filled and will oversee the transition of this function to his successor.
