The group has clarified that its shareholding structure in relation to the cessation of Sutera Bakti Sdn Bhd, Tradewinds Group (M) Sdn Bhd, and Restu Jernih Sdn Bhd as indirect substantial shareholders via their deemed interest in Aurora Mulia Sdn Bhd has been misunderstood.

The media group said the announcement was regrettably misunderstood to imply that AMSB and indirectly, Tan Sri Dato' Seri Syed Mokhtar Shah bin Syed Nor, have ceased to be substantial shareholder, however, it clarified that AMSB confirmed that it still holds direct interest of 353,815,941 shares representing 31.90% in the Company and TSSM holds an indirect interest in the Company by virtue of his shareholding in AMSB.
