Bursa Malaysia Berhad has announced that ILB Group Berhad will officially change its name to NuEnergy Holdings Berhad, effective from Friday, 4 October 2024.

The company's securities will be traded and quoted under the new name from 9.00 a.m. on the same day. The stock short name will also be updated to NHB, though the stock number will remain unchanged.

This change marks a new chapter for the company, aligning its name with its strategic direction and future endeavours.
