ISKANDAR PUTERI, 25 SEPTEMBER 2024 – UEM Sunrise Berhad ("UEM Sunrise" or the "Company") achieved an impressive 100% take-up rate during the previews for three of its latest Iskandar Puteri projects namely Aspira Hills (Phase 1), DiReka Square and Aspira LakeHomes (Phases 4, 5 and 6), amounting to a gross development value (GDV) of RM499 million collectively.
